Lou Nickinello
Louis R. "Lou" Nickinello (born September 8, 1940 in East Boston) is an American businessman and politician who served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1971 to 1983. In 1982 he was an unsuccessful candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts. Nickinello was appointed Executive Director of the Massachusetts Port Authority by Governor Edward J. King on King's last day in office. He was fired two weeks later after three board members appointed by new governor Michael S. The lieutenant governor of Massachusetts is the first in the line to discharge the powers and duties of the office of governor following the incapacitation of the Governor of Massachusetts. The constitutional honorific title for the office is His, or Her, Honor. Elmer Greinert "Bud" Shuster (; born January 23, 1932) is an American politician who represented Pennsylvania's 9th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives as a Republican from 1973 to 2001. He is best known for his advocacy of transportation projects, including Interstate 99. Early life and career Shuster was born in the Pittsburgh suburb of Glassport, Pennsylvania, the son of Grace (née Greinert) and Prather Leroy Shuster. He received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1954, where he became a member of Sigma Chi, an M.B.A. from Duquesne University in 1960, and a Ph.D. from American University in 1967. Shuster's official congressional biography states that he served in the United States Army from 1954 to 1956.
