Lost Forever Lost Together
''Lost Forever // Lost Together'' is the sixth studio album by British metalcore band Architects. It was released on 11 March 2014 globally through Epitaph Records; with the exception of UNFD in Australia and New Damage in Canada. ''Lost Forever // Lost Together'' was recorded at Swedish recording studio Studio Fredman with producers Henrik Udd and Fredrik Nordström. They were chosen because of Architects' admiration for the production work Nordström and Udd had done with other metal bands like Bring Me the Horizon and At the Gates. In a conscious decision to not mimic the bluntly political themes of ''Daybreaker'', Architects lyricist Tom Searle wrote about his experiences with cancer, though he still looked at the themes of environmentalism, religious extremism and current affairs. Architects (British Band)
Architects is a British metalcore band from Brighton, East Sussex, formed in 2004 by twin brothers Dan and Tom Searle. The band now consists of Dan Searle on drums, Sam Carter on vocals, Alex Dean on bass, and Adam Christianson and Josh Middleton on guitars. They have been signed to Epitaph Records since 2013. Strongly influenced by bands such as The Dillinger Escape Plan, the sound of their first three albums was coarse, chaotic, and rhythmically complex. In 2011, Architects went in a more melodic post-hardcore direction with ''The Here and Now'', alienating some of their fanbase. Post-rock
Post-rock is a form of experimental rock characterized by a focus on exploring textures and timbre over traditional rock song structures, chords, or riffs. Every Time I Die was an American metalcore band from Buffalo, New York, formed in 1998. Melanoma
Melanoma, also redundantly known as malignant melanoma, is a type of skin cancer that develops from the pigment-producing cells known as melanocytes. Melanomas typically occur in the skin, but may rarely occur in the mouth, intestines, or eye ( uveal melanoma). On their YouTube channel, there are several videos documenting the band's recording sessions. The album was leaked on the internet on 12 January 2009. It was officially released on 26 January 2009 through United by Fate, Distort Entertainment, Distort and Century Media Records.
