''Lost Boys and Fairies'' is a 2024 television miniseries, created by Daf James. It is produced and distributed by the BBC. Plot In Wales, Gabriel and Andy are a gay couple who have been together for eight years and are eager to adopt a child. They begin the process of adoption with the assistance of their social worker, Jackie. Andy is excited about the prospect of becoming a father, while his partner Gabriel, a drag queen, is hesitant, not only due to his past issues with drug addiction but also because of his unhappy childhood, which was marked by his mother's death and his father's homophobia. Although the couple initially wanted to adopt a girl, they meet and begin to grow fond of Jake, a child placed in foster care after being removed from his violent father. Siôn Daniel Young
Siôn Daniel Young is a Welsh stage, television and film actor. Early life Born in Cardiff, Young began performing at a Welsh language festival in Cardiff called ''Eisteddfod'' in which he described "schools actively encourage their pupils to perform, be it music, singing or acting". He trained as an actor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Career Stage His first professional role was appearing in Daf James play ''Llwyth (Tribe)'', which was the first play about gay characters written by a queer person on a Welsh-language stage. He played the role of Albert Narracott in ''War Horse (play), War Horse'' at the Royal National Theatre, London in 2013. In 2015, he had the lead role of Christopher Boone in the stage play adaptation of ''The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (play), The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time'' at the Gielgud Theatre in London.
