The Loserkids Tour was a concert tour by rock band Blink-182. Launched in support of the group's 1999 album ''Enema of the State'', the tour visited amphitheatres and arenas in November 1999. The tour was supported by Silverchair and Fenix*TX Fenix TX (styled as Fenix*TX) is an American pop punk band. The band originally formed as Riverfenix in 1995 in Houston, Texas. Roy Wilkins Auditorium
Roy Wilkins Auditorium (nicknamed The Roy) is a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena in St. Paul, Minnesota. Designed by the renowned municipal architect Clarence W. Wigington, it was built in 1932 as an arena extension to the existing ''St. Paul Auditorium'' (built 1906–1907). When the old auditorium wing was demolished in 1982, Wigington's arena wing remained. Universal Amphitheatre (later known as Gibson Amphitheatre) was an indoor amphitheatre located in Los Angeles, California within Universal City, California, Universal City.
