Lorenzo Bundy
Charles Lorenzo Bundy (born November 6, 1959) is an American former professional baseball player and current manager for the Diablos Rojos del México of the Mexican League. He has held Major League Baseball (MLB) coaching positions with the Colorado Rockies, Arizona Diamondbacks, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Miami Marlins. Playing career Bundy attended James Madison University, where he was a standout first baseman and ranks second on the school's all-time home run list. Bundy was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 22nd round of the 1977 Major League Baseball draft but did not sign. After college, Bundy signed with the Texas Rangers as an undrafted free agent and also spent time in the Pittsburgh Pirates and Montreal Expos systems. Bundy played eight seasons in the minor leagues and the Mexican League, finishing with a career batting average of .318 with 135 home runs and 535 RBI. Burlington Bees
The Burlington Bees are a collegiate summer baseball team of the Prospect League. They are located in Burlington, Iowa, and have played their home games at Community Field since 1947. Founded in 1889, the Bees played in Minor League Baseball's Midwest League from 1962 to 2020. The Albany Polecats were a minor league baseball team in Albany, Georgia. They were a low-A-class team that played in the South Atlantic League and were a farm team affiliated with both the Montreal Expos and the Baltimore Orioles during the franchise's tenure in Albany. They played all of their home games at the Paul Eames Sports Complex. While at Paul Eames Sports Complex during their tenure, the stadium was dubbed "Polecat Park," even though the venue was officially named after Paul Eames, a minor-league baseball legend. A run batted in or runs batted in (RBI) is a statistic in baseball and softball that credits a batter for making a play that allows a run to be scored (except in certain situations such as when an error is made on the play).
