Lorella Cedroni
Lorella Cedroni (May 24, 1961 – August 28, 2013) was a political philosopher. Cedroni studied political science (Sapienza University of Rome, 1984) and philosophy ( University of Urbino, 1991), receiving a Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences (European University Institute, Florence, 1999). She has taught and lectured in many European and American universities, and mainly at Sapienza University of Rome. 20th-century Philosophy
Contemporary philosophy is the present period in the history of Western philosophy beginning at the early 20th century with the increasing professionalization of the discipline and the rise of Analytic philosophy, analytic and continental philosophy.
