Loreen (other)
Lorine Zineb Nora Talhaoui (born 16 October 1983), known professionally as Loreen (), is a Swedish singer and songwriter. Representing Sweden, she won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012 and 2023 with the songs "Euphoria" and "Tattoo" respectively. She is the second performer, after Johnny Logan, to have won the contest twice, and the first woman to do so. Interested in becoming a musician, Loreen took part in the ''Idol 2004'' television competition, finishing fourth. The following year she released her first single, "The Snake", with the band Rob'n'Raz and became a television presenter on TV400. While working as a segment producer and director for several Swedish reality TV shows, she entered Melodifestivalen 2011 with the song " My Heart Is Refusing Me", which became a top 10 hit in Sweden. TV11 (Sweden)
Kanal 11 (formerly TV11 and before that TV400) is a conditional access, entertainment channel owned by Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA. Its target audience is younger people and it almost solely broadcasts entertainment programmes. The channel was launched in January 2005 to replace the interactive Mediteve channel that occupied the same space. Programming on the channel consists of action and drama series, reality series, movies and comedy. Kanal 11 also features some original programming and programmes connected to shows on TV4, such as Idol. The channel is broadcast by satellite, cable, IPTV and on the digital terrestrial network. TV4 (''TV fyra'') is a Sweden, Swedish free-to-air Television in Sweden, television network owned by TV4 AB, a subsidiary of the TV4 Media, TV4 Media AB. It started broadcasting by satellite in 1990 and, since 1992, on terrestrial television. In 1994, TV4 became the largest channel and remained so for a number of years. The two channels of Sveriges Television (SVT) lost more and more viewers for a couple of years. After making schedule changes in 2001, SVT1 had practically the same numbers of viewers as TV4. TV3 (''TV tre'') is a Swedish pay television channel owned by Viaplay Group. It was launched on 31 December 1987 by businessman Jan Stenbeck. The channel was initially broadcast across all of Scandinavia. In 1990, separate Danish and Norwegian feeds were launched. The channel's name refers to its launch at a time when television in Sweden was dominated by the two channels of SVT. Åkersberga is a locality and the seat of Österåker Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden with 28,033 inhabitants in 2010. History In 1901 a railway station named ''Berga'' was opened on this rural spot some 30 km from Stockholm. Some shops and a post office followed. The name Berga was changed to ''Åkers Berga'' to avoid confusion with other places in Sweden named Berga, and the present name evolved from this. "Statements" is a song by Swedish pop singer and music producer Loreen. The song was released as a digital download on 26 February 2017 through Warner Music Group, Warner Music Sweden. The song took part in Melodifestivalen 2017. The song was written by Loreen Talhaoui and the producers Anton Hård af Segerstad, Joy Deb and Linnea Deb under the alias The Family. Melodifestivalen 2017 On 30 November 2016, Loreen was announced as one of the 28 acts to compete in Melodifestivalen 2017 with her song "Statements". She took part in the fourth Semi-final on 25 February 2017 at Skellefteå Kraft Arena, Skellefteå. Melodifestivalen 2017
Melodifestivalen 2017 was the 57th edition of the Swedish music competition Melodifestivalen, which selected Sweden's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. The competition was organised by (SVT) and took place over a six-week period between 4 February and 11 March 2017. The format of the competition consisted of 6 shows: 4 heat rounds, a second chance round and a final. An initial 28 entries were selected for the competition through three methods: an open call for song submissions, direct invitations to specific artists and songwriters and a wildcard given to one of the artists that participated in the ''Svensktoppen nästa'' competition organised by Sveriges Radio P4. The 28 competing entries were divided into four heats, with seven compositions in each.
