Lorine Zineb Nora Talhaoui (born 16 October 1983), known professionally as Loreen (), is a Swedish singer and songwriter. Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest, Representing Sweden, she won the Eurovision Song Contest in Eurovision Song Contest 2012, 2012 and Eurovision Song Contest 2023, 2023 with the songs "Euphoria (Loreen song), Euphoria" and "Tattoo (Loreen song), Tattoo" respectively. She is the second performer, after Johnny Logan (singer), Johnny Logan, to have won the contest twice, and the first woman to do so. Interested in becoming a musician, Loreen took part in the ''Idol 2004 (Sweden), Idol 2004'' television competition, finishing fourth. Loreen Ruth Bannis-Roberts (born 19 September 1966) is a politician, businesswoman and diplomat from the Commonwealth of Dominica. Since August 2016, she has been the Permanent Representative of Dominica to the United Nations, the first woman to hold the post. Representing the Dominica Labour Party, she was earlier Member of Parliament for the Castle Bruce constituency and has served in various ministerial positions in Dominica, including that of minister. She won a bronze medal in the 4 × 400 metres relay at the 1985 European Junior Championships, and went on to represent Great Britain in the women's 400 metres at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. Loreen Olson is an American scholar of family communication, with an emphasis on gender, communication, and violence. She is an assistant professor for the Communication Studies department at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She teaches graduate and undergraduate classes on communication theory, gender communication, relational communication, family communication, qualitative research methods, and interpersonal communication theory. Olson and co-authors Elizabeth A. Baiocchi-Wagner, Jessica M. Wilson-Kratzer, and Sarah E. Symonds published a book entitled ''The Dark Side of Family Communication''. "Loreen" is a 1986 pop song by German singer Sandra. It was written by Frank Peterson, Michael Cretu and Klaus Hirschburger, and produced by Cretu and Armand Volker. The song was released in November 1986 as the third single from Sandra's second album ''Mirrors''. The contents of the 7" and the 12" single are identical, with "Loreen" being the only Sandra single from the 1980s or 1990s to lack an extended version. The song was a moderate success in Germany and Switzerland. The music video for the song was directed by Kai von Kotze.
