Loni Richardson (born November 11, 1970) is an American former stock car racing driver from Paris, Texas. Richardson competed in 19 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races between 2001 and 2004, earning a best finish of 20th at Kentucky Speedway in 2003. Paris is a city and county seat of Lamar County, Texas, United States. Located in Northeast Texas at the western edge of the Piney Woods, the population of the city was 24,171 in 2020. The race was introduced in 1996 as part of a Truck Series schedule expansion, and the inaugural running was won by Ron Hornaday Jr. Being on a road course, the race attracted road course ringers with road racing experience that included Ron Fellows, who won twice in 1997 and 1999.
