Lomma Municipality
Lomma Municipality () is a municipality in Skåne County in southern Sweden, about 10 km north of Malmö. Its seat is located in Lomma with secondary locality Bjärred being of almost equal population size. The present municipality was created through the amalgamation of the market town ''Lomma'' and the rural municipality ''Flädie''. It took place in 1963, between the two nationwide local government reforms of 1952 and 1971. Geography The small municipality borders to Kävlinge Municipality, Burlöv Municipality, Staffanstorp Municipality and Lund Municipality. As Burlöv also is notably small, Lomma Municipality almost borders to Malmö Municipality too. It is situated by Öresund, at the inlet of the small river Höje å. Along the river lies a yacht marina. In the old industrial area along the river new appartements and villas are erected, with some facing the river or the beach. Staffanstorp Municipality
Staffanstorp Municipality () is a municipality in Scania County, southern Sweden. Its seat is located in the town Staffanstorp. The municipality was formed by the local government reform of 1952, when 12 original units, created out of parishes in 1863, were amalgamated. The next reform in 1971 did not affect the size of this municipality. In the municipality there are two localities which have grown into suburbs of Malmö: Staffanstorp, with 14,800 inhabitants, and Hjärup, with 4,000 inhabitants, which are both typical residential districts, dominated by detached houses built in the second half of the 20th century. Swedish University Of Agricultural Sciences
The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, or Swedish Agricultural University (, SLU) is a public research university in Sweden. Although its main campus and head office is located in Ultuna, Uppsala, the university has several campuses in different parts of Sweden; the other main facilities being Alnarp in Lomma Municipality, Skara, and Umeå. Unlike other state-owned universities in Sweden, SLU is funded through the budget for the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation (previously the Ministry for Rural Affairs). Lund
Lund (, ;"Lund" (US) and ) is a city in the provinces of Sweden, province of Scania, southern Sweden. The town had 94,393 inhabitants out of a municipal total of 130,288 . It is the seat of Lund Municipality, Scania County. The Öresund Region, which includes ''Lund'', is home to more than 4.2 million people.
