Siro Marcellini (born 16 September 1921) is an Italian director and screenwriter. Born in Genzano di Roma, Marcellini started his career as a theater director before moving to films, where he first worked as an assistant director. He directed eleven films between 1953 and 1970, also writing the screenplays for several of them. Loletha Elayne Falana or Loletha Elaine Falana (born September 11, 1942), better known by her stage name Lola Falana, is an American singer, dancer, and actress. She was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical in 1975 for her performance as Edna Mae Sheridan in ''Doctor Jazz (musical), Doctor Jazz''. Early life Lola Falana was born in Camden, New Jersey. She was the third of six children born to Bennett, a welder, and Cleo Falana, a seamstress (1921–2010). Falana's father, an Afro-Cuban, left his homeland of Cuba to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps, later becoming a welder shortly after meeting Falana's mother, who was African-American. Spaghetti Western
The spaghetti Western is a broad subgenre of Western films produced in Europe. It emerged in the mid-1960s in the wake of Sergio Leone's filmmaking style and international box-office success. The term was used by foreign critics because most of these Westerns were Cinema of Italy, produced and directed by Italians. The majority of the films in the spaghetti Western genre were international Co-production (media), co-productions by Italy and Spain, and sometimes France, West Germany, Britain, Portugal, Greece, Yugoslavia, and the United States. Peter Martell
Pietro Martellanza (30 September 1938 – 1 February 2010), best known as Peter Martell, was an Italian film actor who had numerous bigger roles in Spaghetti westerns. Sometimes he was credited as Pete Martell or Peter Martel. Career Born in Bolzano, he started his career in cinema as a stuntman. He was mainly active in the 1960s and 1970s, appearing in about 70 films. After a longer break he starred in some movies again from 2002 on. Martell was chosen as the leading actor in '' God Forgives... I Don't!'', but the day before the first shoot he broke his foot during a fight with his girlfriend and was replaced by Terence Hill, which started Hill's successful partnership with Bud Spencer. Germán Sánchez Hernández-Cobos (7 July 1927 – 12 January 2015) was a prolific Spanish actor in a variety of European films. He was married to Visitación Peralta. Biography He was born on 7 July 1927 in Sevilla. He was known for playing Arturo Torres in '' Arrayán'', by Canal Sur Televisión. Erna Schürer (born 18 August 1942) is an Italian actress, model and television hostess, sometimes credited as Erna Scheurer or Erna Schuler. Life and career Born in Naples as Emma Costantino, Schürer moved to Milan where began a career as glamour model, posing among others for ''Vogue'' and ''Harper's Bazaar'', and debuted on stage in the Giorgio Strehler's Piccolo Teatro.
