Logan Thompson
Logan Thompson (born February 25, 1997) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender for the Vegas Golden Knights of the National Hockey League (NHL). He previously played junior in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Brandon Wheat Kings. Playing career Junior, college, and minors Thompson began in bantam junior hockey with the Calgary Bisons, before moving up to the midget level with the CBHA Blackhawks and Calgary Buffaloes of the Alberta Midget Hockey League. He split the 2014–15 season between the Grande Prairie Storm of the Alberta Junior Hockey League and the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League, appearing in 22 games for the former and 4 for the latter. Thompson spent the next three seasons with Brandon, posting a career .905 save percentage and 3.36 goals against average with a 63–41–10 record, and helping the team to a WHL Championship in 2016. The Vegas Golden Knights are a professional ice hockey team based in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. They compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Pacific Division in the Western Conference. 2020–21 AHL Season
The 2020–21 AHL season was the 85th season of the American Hockey League. Due to the ongoing restrictions in the COVID-19 pandemic, the start of the regular season was pushed back to February 5, 2021, and the league championship Calder Cup was not awarded for the second consecutive season. The Hershey Bears won the Macgregor Kilpatrick Trophy for the best regular-season record, their eighth regular-season championship. Marc-André Fleury (born November 28, 1984) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender for the Minnesota Wild of the National Hockey League (NHL). Drafted out of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) first overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, Fleury played major junior for four seasons with the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles, earning both the Mike Bossy Trophy as the league's top prospect and the Telus Cup as the top defensive player in 2003. He joined the Penguins in 2003–04 and during his 13 seasons with the team won Stanley Cup championships in 2009, 2016, and 2017. He received the William M. Lars Gustaf Oscar Dansk (born 28 February 1994) is a Swedish ice hockey goaltender currently under contract with the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League (NHL). Dansk was drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets at the 2012 NHL Entry Draft with the 31st overall pick, the first pick of the second round. He was the starting goaltender for the Swedish national junior team at the 2014 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. 2019–20 ECHL Season
The 2019–20 ECHL season was the 32nd season of the ECHL. The regular season began in October 2019 to and was set to conclude in April 2020 with the Kelly Cup playoffs to follow.
