Lloyd Clark Fletcher
Lloyd Clark Fletcher is an Australian convicted rapist and murderer whose most well known crime was the sexual assault and murder of 15 year old Janet Phillips in Wynnum, Queensland, Wynnum, Queensland on 19 July 1987.
