Lize Broekx (born 5 April 1992) is a Belgian Sprint kayak, sprint canoeist. She competed in the Canoeing at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's K-1 500 metres, women's K-1 500 metres and the Canoeing at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's K-2 500 metres, K-2 500 metres events at the 2020 Summer Olympics, 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics. Her father (Erik) and her uncles Paul Broekx, Paul and Jos Broekx also used to compete as sprint canoeists. Lize Duyvis (1889-1964) was a Dutch painter. Biography Duyvis was born on 12 December 1889 in Utrecht. She studied with Coba Ritsema, Willem Elisa Roelofs, Jr. (Dutch, 1874–1940), and Jan Adam Zandleven. In 1915 she married H.C. Hooft Hasselaar. Duyvis was a member of, and exhibited with, the . Her work was included in the 1939 exhibition and sale ''Onze Kunst van Heden'' (Our Art of Today) at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Lize Feryn (born 4 March 1993) is a Belgian actress, model and author of Flemish descent. Biography Lize Feryn earned a degree in artistic secondary education in 2011 in Drama & Diction at the Leuven Lemmens Institute. She also had a part-time arts education in Diction at the Peter Benoit Academy in Harelbeke. She stopped full-time training in Art History as it was incompatible with her work as a model for IMM Models in New York City and Milan. Lize Marke (born Liliane Couck, Denderleeuw, 1 December 1936) is a Belgian singer, best known for her participation in the 1965 Eurovision Song Contest. Eurovision Song Contest Marke started singing professionally in 1962, and first participated in the Belgian Eurovision selection in 1963, when she performed two songs, "Luister naar de wind" and "Saksisch porselein", which made the final, finishing in second and fourth respectively. Marke sung all six songs in the 1965 Eurovision selection, and " Als het weer lente is" ("When It's Spring Again") was chosen by jury vote as the Belgian representative in the tenth Eurovision Song Contest, held on 20 March in Naples, Italy. Lize Spit (born 1988, in Viersel) is a Flemish Belgian writer. Her first novel, ''Het smelt'', won several awards, including the ''De Bronzen Uil'' award, and has been translated into French. Lizette Santana (born September 20, 1980), known professionally as Lizé, is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, and actress. Biography Lizé Santana was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to parents, natives of the Dominican Republic, who relocated and met in United States during the mid- 1960s.
