Liz Barclay (born c. 1954) is a British-based Northern Irish broadcaster, journalist and writer. Career Barclay was born and brought up in Northern Ireland. Her early career was as a financial advisor and manager at the Citizens' Advice Bureau where she worked from 1985 to 1991. Her first job in radio was at the BBC where she was taken on as a researcher and producer in the Continuing Education department. She has been a presenter of '' You and Yours'', the consumer affairs programme. She is a freelance presenter specialising in personal finance and small business. The Office of the Small Business Commissioner (OSBC) was established by the UK government in Part 1 of the Enterprise Act, 2016. Secretary of State for Business Greg Clark announced the appointment of Paul Uppal to the newly established post of Small Business Commissioner on 2 October 2017. On 20 December 2017, working with digital agency "dxw digital", an advice and complaints service was launched to help small businesses get paid on time and ensure fair payment practices. Duncan Walker Bannatyne, (born 2 February 1949) is a Scottish entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author. His business interests include hotels, health clubs, spas, media, TV, and property. He is most famous for his appearance as a business angel on the BBC programme ''Dragons' Den''. He was appointed an OBE for his contribution to charity. He has written seven books.
