Live Music Festival
Live Music Festival (previously known as Coke Live Music Festival) is a music festival which has been taking place in Kraków, Poland since 2006. The main organizer of the festival is the concert agency Alter Art, and until 2014 the festival's principal sponsor was the Coca-Cola Company. In April 2014, it was announced that the festival has a new sponsor, and the next edition will be organized in Summer 2015, after a one-year break. From 2006 to 2008, the festival was held at the Wisła Kraków Stadium. In 2009, its location moved to the Polish Aviation Museum airport. The festival is held in August and last two days—with the exceptions of the 2006 edition (lasting one day, in September) and the 2009 edition (three days). Coke Live Music Festival usually features more hip-hop artists than other large Polish music festivals, such as Open'er Festival and Orange Warsaw Festival. Polish Aviation Museum
The Polish Aviation Museum () is a large museum of historic aircraft and aircraft engines in Kraków, Poland. It is located at the site of the no-longer functional Kraków-Rakowice-Czyżyny Airport. This airfield, established by Austria-Hungary in 1912, is one of the oldest in the world. The museum opened in 1964, after the airfield closed in 1963. It was listed among the world's best aviation museums by CNN. For the first half century of its existence the museum used four hangars of the former airfield to display its exhibits. These buildings were not originally designed for this purpose and suffered from various inadequacies, notably insufficient heating in winter. The situation improved when a new main building for the museum opened on 18 September 2010. Łąki Łan () (Polish: ''Meadow's Field'') is a Polish band consisting of Jarosław Jóźwik, Michał Chęć, Piotr Koźbielski, Piotr Pacak, and former Sistars musicians Bartek Królik and Marek Piotrowski. Its style is a mixture of "punk and funky" or "Łąki Funk", as the band calls it. Prāta Vētra, known internationally as Brainstorm, is a Latvian pop/rock band. The band became popular internationally in 2000 when they finished third in the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 with the song "My Star (Brainstorm song), My Star". Tomasz Makowiecki (born 10 June 1983, in Gdynia) is a Polish musician, singer and songwriter.
