Liu Qibao
Liu Qibao ( zh , s = 刘奇葆 , p = Liú Qíbǎo ; born January 1953) is a Chinese retired politician. He was a member of the 18th Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party, a Secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Communist Party, as well as the head of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee. Previously Liu have served as the party chief of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Sichuan province. He also served as one of the vice chairmen of 13th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference between 2018 and 2023. Early life and education Liu Qibao was born in a village near the banks of the Yangtze River in Susong County, Anhui Province in 1953, the second of four children. Anhui Normal University () is an institution of higher learning in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China. Approved by the State Council in 1972, it was officially renamed Anhui Normal University, and the name was written by Guo Moruo. Wan Li
Wan Li (December 1916 – 15 July 2015) was a Chinese Communist revolutionary and politician who served as First Vice Premier of the People's Republic of China from 1983 to 1988 and the 5th Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress from 1988 to 1993. Worker-Peasant-Soldier Student
Worker-Peasant-Soldier students () were Chinese students who entered colleges between 1970 and 1976, during the later part of the Cultural Revolution (1966–1976). They were accepted not for their academic qualifications, but rather for their work experience as workers, peasants, or soldiers favored by the Chinese Communist Party as part of the " Five Red Categories" and enjoyed affirmative action during the Cultural Revolution. No one was admitted directly from high school without any previous work experience.
