Due to differences often arising between the planning and implementation stages for infrastructure in India, the list has been now divided into currently existing stadiums and future grounds. Narendra Modi Stadium
Narendra Modi Stadium is a cricket ground in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. With a total capacity of 132,000, it is the List of stadiums by capacity, world's largest stadium. It is owned by the Gujarat Cricket Association, and hosts both domestic and international cricket matches. The stadium has hosted several high-profile matches, such as the 2023 Cricket World Cup final, 2023 One Day International World Cup final. Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium
The Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, also known as the Nava Raipur International Cricket Stadium, is a 65,000-seater venue in the city of Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. It is the third largest cricket stadium in India and the fourth largest cricket stadium in the world with a capacity of 65,000. It became the country's 50th international cricket venue in 2023. It is one of the largest cricket stadiums in India in terms of boundary dimensions. Inaugurated in 2008, this ground hosted its first ever match in 2010, when the Canada national cricket team arrived in India and played a practice match against the Chhattisgarh state team. Greenfield International Stadium also known as The Sports Hub, Trivandrum (previously as Trivandrum International Stadium), is a multi-purpose stadium in capital city Thiruvananthapuram in the state Kerala, India. It is primarily used for international cricket and also have been used football. The stadium has a seating capacity of 50,000. It was built on 36 acres of land leased by the Kerala University for per year for a period of 15 years. The first international football tournament hosted by the stadium was the 2015 SAFF Championship. India were crowned the champions, beating Afghanistan 2–1 in the final. The Lucknow Super Giants, also known as LSG, are a professional Twenty20 cricket team based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, that competes in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The franchise is owned by Sanjiv Goenka of the RPSG Group. Ekana Cricket Stadium is its home ground. As of 2025, the team is coached by Justin Langer and captained by Rishabh Pant. The Uttar Pradesh cricket team, formerly United Provinces Cricket Team, is a domestic cricket team which is based in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, run by the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association. The team competes in the first-class cricket tournament Ranji Trophy and limited-overs Vijay Hazare Trophy and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Ekana Cricket Stadium, also known as Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Cricket Stadium, is an international cricket stadium in Lucknow, India.
