is a 1997 fighting game developed and published by Capcom for arcades. It is an update of '' Street Fighter III: New Generation''. Like its predecessor, it runs on the CP System III hardware. ''Street Fighter Anniversary Collection'' is a bundle of two ''Street Fighter'' games: '' Hyper Street Fighter II''and '' Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike''. It was released in 2004 for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. Both versions are nearly identical, but the latter version offers online competitive play. is a 2D head-to-head fighting game with 3D graphics, developed by Arika and published by Capcom. The game was first released on March 4, 2000 in Japan as a launch title exclusively for the PlayStation 2, making it the first game in the ''Street Fighter'' series to be released on the console.
