List Of PS One Classics (North America)
This is a list of PlayStation (console), PlayStation (PS1) games digitally re-released in unaltered form on the PlayStation Store in NA territories. These games run via Emulator, emulation of the PS1 hardware. At their initial release in December 2006, downloadable PS1 titles were only available to play on PlayStation Portable (PSP), but titles became available for PlayStation 3 (PS3) in April 2007, for PlayStation Vita on August 28, 2012, and PlayStation 4 (PS4) and PlayStation 5 (PS5) on June 13, 2022. The PlayStation TV (PSTV) supports the same titles as the Vita. Each title released for PS4 is bundled with its PS5 release, and the former is also playable on PS5 through Backward compatibility, backwards compatibility. In most cases, when a PS1 title was digitally purchased for hardware predating the PS4, it may be added without charge to the user's PS4 and PS5 libraries, provided it is available on those platforms. The (codenamed PSX, abbreviated as PS, and retroactively PS1/PS one) is a home video game console developed and marketed by Sony Computer Entertainment. It was released in Japan on December 3, 1994, followed by North America on September 9, 1995, Europe on September 29, 1995, and other regions following thereafter. As a fifth generation of video game consoles, fifth-generation console, the PlayStation primarily competed with the Nintendo 64 and the Sega Saturn. Hot Shots Golf
''Everybody's Golf'', released in North America as ''Hot Shots Golf'' and in Japan as is a 1997 golf video game developed by Camelot Software Planning and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation. It is the first game in the ''Everybody's Golf'' series and the only one to be developed by Camelot, who would later develop the ''Mario Golf'' series for Nintendo; Clap Hanz would develop later installments starting with ''Everybody's Golf 2''. Gameplay Players can acquire additional golfers for use by defeating them in VS mode, with a total of ten golfers available. Reception The game received favorable reviews according to the review aggregation website GameRankings. ''Destruction Derby'' is a 1995 vehicular combat racing video game developed by Reflections Interactive and published by Psygnosis for MS-DOS, PlayStation and Sega Saturn. Based on the sport of demolition derby, the game tasks the player with racing and destroying cars to score points. ''2Xtreme'' (released as ''Street Games '97'' in Japan) is a racing video game developed by Sony Interactive Studios America and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation. It is a sequel to '' ESPN Extreme Games'' and unlike its predecessor, the game does not bear ESPN licensing. In it, the player races against others in various events around the world using Rollerblading, skateboarding, biking, and snowboarding. A sequel, '' 3Xtreme'', was released in 1999.
