Bagmati Province is divided into 13 districts. A district is administrated by the head of the District Coordination Committee and the District Administration Officer. The districts are further divided to municipalities or rural municipalities. District official include * Chief District Officer, an official under Ministry of Home Affairs is appointed by the government as the highest administrative officer in a district. The C.D.O is responsible for proper inspection of all the departments in a district such as health, education, security and all other government offices. * District Coordination Committee acts as an executive to the District Assembly. The DCC coordinates with the Provincial Assembly to establish coordination between the Provincial Assembly and rural municipalities and municipalities and to settle disputes, if any, of political nature. Manthali, Ramechhap
Manthali is a municipality and the headquarters of Ramechhap District in Bagmati Province, Nepal. It was established on 2 December 2014 by merging the former village development committees Old-Manthali, Bhatauli, Chisapani, Kathjor, Bhaluwajor, Salupati and Sunarpani. It was declared the headquarters of the district on 9 March 1989 (26 Falgun 2045 BS). It lies on the bank of the Tamakoshi River. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census, it had a population of 45,416 people, living in 10,099 individual households. History Manthali had nine wards previously when it was still a VDC (Village Development Committee). While declaring it a municipality, there had been a problem due to a neighbouring VDC, Ramechhap, which had also been included in the municipality to force the municipality's name into Ramechhap. Nuwakot District
Nuwakot District (), a part of Bagmati Province, is one of the List of districts of Nepal, seventy-seven districts of Nepal. The district, with Bidur as its district headquarters, covers an area of and had a population of 288,478 in 2001 and 277,471 in 2011. The district contains places of historical significance such as the town of Nuwakot, Nuwakot, Nuwakot, and the village of Devighat (the death place of Prithvi Narayan Shah) located at the confluence of the Tadi and Trishuli Rivers. Dhulikhel
Dhulikhel is a List of cities in Nepal, municipality in Kavrepalanchok District of Nepal. Two major highways, the B.P. Koirala Highway, B.P. Highway and the Araniko Highway pass through Dhulikhel. Araniko Highway connects Kathmandu, Nepal's capital city with Tibet's border town of Kodari. Dhading Besi () is the headquarters of the Dhading District of Nepal. The town is located within Nilkantha Municipality which is one of the two municipalities of the district. It is also the administrative center of Nilkantha Municipality. The district also holds all of the major administrative buildings and structures of the district.
