List Of Chess Grandmasters
The following people have all been grandmasters (GM) of chess. The title is awarded to players who have met the standards required by the sport's governing body, FIDE. Other than world champion, it is the highest title a chess player can attain and is awarded for life, although FIDE regulations allow for the revocation of titles for cheating or fraud. FIDE has awarded grandmaster titles, not counting three GM titles that have been revoked. Hasan Abbasifar
Hasan Abbasifar (; born 11 August 1972) is an Iranian-Spanish Grandmaster (chess), chess grandmaster, titled in 2013. He was a member of the Iran chess national team. Awards Hassan Abbassifar is the first international grandmaster of Shiraz and the province of Fars, where he won the 1990 and 1991 chess championship. In 1994, he managed to reach the final of the national championship, which allowed him to qualify as a member of the Iranian national chess team at the World Olympics in Russia. In 1994–95, he was placed second in the national semi-rapid championship. During the 1999–2000 season, he beat the players in the Iranian league to win with a difference of 1.5 points over his runner-up. Grandmaster (GM) is a Chess title, title awarded to chess players by the world chess organization FIDE. Apart from World Chess Championship, World Champion, Grandmaster is the highest title a chess player can attain. Once achieved, the title is held for life, though exceptionally the title can be revoked for Cheating in chess, cheating. The title of Grandmaster, along with the lesser FIDE titles of FIDE titles#International Master (IM), International Master (IM), FIDE titles#FIDE Master (FM), FIDE Master (FM), and FIDE titles#Candidate Master (CM), Candidate Master (CM), is open to all players regardless of gender. Zrenjanin ( sr-Cyrl, Зрењанин, ; ; ; ; ) is a List of cities in Serbia, city and the administrative center of the Central Banat District in the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Serbia. Nodirbek Abdusattorov (; born 18 September 2004) is an Uzbek chess grandmaster. A chess prodigy, he qualified for the grandmaster title at the age of 13 years, 1 month, and 11 days. FIDE awarded him the title in April 2018. He is Uzbekistan's highest-rated grandmaster and currently one of the best chess players in the world.
