Lionel Frederick Lee
Lionel Frederick Lee (4 December 1845 - 4 December 1899), served as the Mayor of Colombo in 1887 and Treasurer of Ceylon in 1899. Lionel Frederick Lee was born 4 December 1845 in Colombo, British Ceylon, the eldest son of George Lee, the Postmaster General of Ceylon (1844-1860) and Martha née Austin. He joined the Ceylon Civil Service in 1864, at age nineteen, and was the Superintendent of the Census in 1881 and 1891, whilst acting as Registrar-General. He served as District Judge in Kegalle, Tangalle, Galle, Matara and Jaffna; as Principal Collector of Customs; and Fiscal at Colombo and Kandy. On 1 August 1868 he married Ellen Annie Norfor (1846-?), the fourth daughter of Robert Wright Norfor (1815-1864), the Commissioner of Stamps, Madras, and Amelia Wilhelmina Boxley, at the Holy Trinity Church St Sebastian Hill, Colombo. Treasurer Of Ceylon
The Financial Secretary of Ceylon was an officer of the Ceylonese Government and member of the Board of Ministers. The Treasurer of Ceylon was one of six offices that held a seat in the Executive Council of Ceylon from 1809 to 1932. The post was replaced by the that of Financial Secretary in 1932, as one of three officers of state of the new Board of Ministers that replaced the Executive Council under recommendations of the Donoughmore Commission. The Financial Secretary was in turn replaced by the new office of the Minister of Finance in 1947 under the recommendations of the Soulbury Commission under the Ceylon Independence Act, 1947 and The Ceylon (Constitution and Independence) Orders in Council 1947. Kegalle
Kegalle ( si, කෑගල්ල; ta, கேகாலை) is a large town in Sabaragamuwa Province of Sri Lanka. It is located on the Colombo–Kandy road, approximately from Colombo and from Kandy. It is the main town in the Kegalle District, which is one of two districts which comprise Sabaragamuwa Province. The town is governed by an Urban Council. Kegalle has an agricultural based economy and mainly produces rubber. The surrounding area produces graphite, precious stones and agricultural products such as rice. It is the nearest town to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a major tourist attraction in the area, which is to the north-east. Kandy

Jaffna (, ) is the capital city of the Northern Province of Sri Lanka. It is the administrative headquarters of the Jaffna District located on a peninsula of the same name. Tangalle
Tangalle ( Sinhala තංගල්ල , ta, தங்கல்லை) (also known as Tangalla) is a large town in Hambantota District, Southern Province, Sri Lanka, governed by an Urban Council. It is one of the largest towns in southern province. It is located south of Colombo and east of Matara. It has a mild climate, in comparison to the rest of the district, and sandy beaches. Tangalle is a regionally important fishing port, situated on one of the largest bays in Sri Lanka, which is protected from the ocean by an enclosing reef. It is a centre of tourism and a popular holiday destination on the south coast. In the town centre there is an old Dutch fort which is used as a prison today.
