Linnae Harper
Linnae Harper (born January 31, 1995) is an American professional basketball player. She completed her college education at Ohio State University. She completed her high school education at Whitney M. Young High School in Chicago, Illinois. She has played on seven USA Basketball teams in Americas and world competition. Early life Harper was born on January 31, 1995, to Ericka Harper and Xavier Treadwell. High school career Harper played for Whitney M. Young High School for four years, winning the city title each year, and the Class 4A state championship in 2012. She was named a WBCA All-American and participated in the 2013 WBCA High School All-America Game where she scored 8 points. 2016 FIBA 3x3 World Championships
The 2016 FIBA 3x3 World Championships, hosted by China, was an international 3x3 basketball event that featured separate competitions for men's and women's national teams. The tournament was run between 11 and 15 October 2016, in Guangzhou outside the Tianhe Sport Complex. It was co-organized by the FIBA. Host selection On May 10, 2015, FIBA announced the Guangzhou as host city of the 2016 tournament. The FIBA 3x3 World Cup is a 3x3 (basketball), 3x3 basketball tournament for national teams organized by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). The debut of the tournament originally named as the FIBA 3x3 World Championship was held in August 2012 in Athens, Greece. The current champions are Serbia men's national 3x3 team, Serbia in the men's division and United States women's national 3x3 team, United States in the women's division. There are two events in the tournament: one for men and another for women. In the first edition, there was a mixed event where each team was composed of 2 men and 2 women. The FIBA Under-16 Women's AmeriCup, previously known as the FIBA Under-16 Women's Americas Championship, is the Americas basketball championship for women's under-16 national teams that takes place every two years in the FIBA Americas zone.
