Linn Products is an engineering company that manufactures hi-fi and audio equipment. Founded by Ivor Tiefenbrun in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1973, the company is best known as the manufacturer of the Linn Sondek LP12 turntable. From 2007 Linn was one of the first audio manufacturers to introduce digital music streaming using the home network and internet. Linn County is a county located in the U.S. state of Iowa. As of the 2020 census, the population was 230,299, making it the second-most populous county in Iowa. The county seat is Cedar Rapids. Linn Park, Glasgow
Linn Park is an park in Glasgow, Scotland, surrounded by the suburbs of Cathcart, Muirend, Simshill, and Castlemilk, also bordering Netherlee in East Renfrewshire. It is Glasgow's third largest park, after Pollok Country Park and Dams to Darnley Country Park, although Dams to Darnley is half in East Renfrewshire. Both Linn and Pollok parks have the White Cart Water flowing through them. Some areas in the park are unsuitable for prams and the infirm. History and features The park was acquired by Glasgow Corporation in 1919 and incorporated within the city boundaries in 1938. Life Lina Pereira was born in 1990 and grew up in a religious family of Jehovah's Witnesses in São Paulo. Her mother was a domestic worker from Alagoas, and her father left the family when she was 7 years old. Under the stage name Linn da Quebrada, Pereira's music became known in Brazil after she released a funk song titled in May 2016. The lyrics of the song made fun of cisgender and heterosexual men. The Linn LM-1 Drum Computer is a drum machine manufactured by Linn Electronics and released in 1980. It was the first drum machine to use samples of acoustic drums, and one of the first programmable drum machines. Its designer, the American engineer Roger Linn, wanted a machine that would produce more realistic drum sounds and offer more than preset patterns. The LM-1 became a staple of 1980s pop music and helped establish drum machines as credible tools.
