Edwin Lineham
Edwin Lineham (28 April 1879 – 12 August 1949) was an English first-class cricketer. Lineham represented Hampshire in a single first-class match in 1898 against Lancashire. Lineham made a duck in Hampshire's first innings and in Hampshire's second innings Lineham was promoted up the batting order to number two, where he remained unbeaten on 0. Lineham died at Fratton, Portsmouth, Hampshire on 12 August 1949. John Lineham
John Lineham (21 March 1857 – 21 April 1913) was a territorial-level politician and businessman from Northwest Territories, Canada. Lineham was born 21 March 1857 to Thomas Lineham and Barbara McIntyre in Mitchell, Upper Canada. He married Mary Elizabeth Martin in Collingwood, Ontario on 21 March 1894 and have two daughters. Lineham would head to Brandon, Manitoba and enter the cattle business, and later in 1883 he went to Calgary ahead of the Canadian Pacific Railway. Lineham purchased A. P. Samples' butcher shop with a partner and formed a successful meat business under the name "Dunn and Lineham", which would eventually be sold to William Roper Hull and later Patrick Burns. Lineham was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories in the 1888 Northwest Territories general election. He won the top place in the two-man district of Calgary. Kimberly Lineham
Kimberly Ann Linehan (born December 11, 1962) is an American former competition swimmer, world champion, and former world record-holder. At the 1978 World Aquatics Championships in Berlin, Germany, Linehan won bronze medals with third-place finishes in the 400-meter and 800-meter freestyle events. Linehan won a gold medal by placing first in the 800-meter freestyle at the 1982 World Aquatics Championships in Guayaquil, Ecuador. At the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California, she finished fourth in the women's 400-meter freestyle. She set the 400-meter freestyle world record (long course) in 1978, and held the 1,500-meter freestyle world record (long course) from 1979 to 1987. Tania Jane Lineham (1966 – 11 April 2018) was a New Zealand science teacher and educator who won the 2015 Prime Minister’s Science Teacher Prize. Career Tania Lineham taught science at James Hargest College in Invercargill, New Zealand, from 1990. She was awarded a Royal Society of New Zealand Science and Technology Teacher Fellowship in 1999 and the Prime Minister’s Science Teacher Prize in 2015. She had been a member of thSouthland Science and Technology FairCommittee since 1991 and chief judge in 2014 and 2015.
