Line 4 of the Guadalajara light rail system will be the future fourth line of the Guadalajara light rail system. It will be long and will run from the Fray Angélico bus station of Mi Macro Calzada to the municipal capital of Tlajomulco. Tlajomulco de Zúñiga is a city and municipality in the state of Jalisco in central-western Mexico. It forms part of the Guadalajara metropolitan area, lying to the southeast of it. A ''centro de transferencia modal'' (English: Modal Transfer Center; abbreviated as CETRAM), is a type of transport hub found mainly in Mexico City. Locally known as ''paraderos'' (English: bus or rail terminal stops), these intermodal passenger transport stations allow commuters to transfer between different modes of public transit, generally between rail and bus systems. Emilio González Márquez (born 12 November 1960 in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN). He served as Governor of Jalisco. Enrique Alfaro Ramírez (born June 20, 1973) is a Mexican politician and the Governor of Jalisco. In 2009, he served as mayor of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. He mounted his gubernatorial campaign in 2012 under the Movimiento Ciudadano (MC) party, but lost to the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). Alfaro Ramírez decided to run for mayor of Guadalajara that year and won the elections. After serving for three years, he ran for governor again under the MC and was victorious. This victory marked the MC's first gubernatorial win in its history. Within a week of the election results, however, he resigned from the MC and decided to be an independent governor, claiming he was never an active member of the MC.
