Lil Nas X Discography
American rapper and singer-songwriter Lil Nas X has released one studio album, three extended plays (EP), one mixtape, 25 singles (including three as a featured artist), and six promotional singles. The release of his country rap single "Old Town Road", achieved viral popularity in early 2019 and climbed the music charts internationally and became diamond certified by November of that same year. Lil Nas X released his second EP, titled '' 7'' in 2019 through Columbia Records. Two more singles were released from the EP " Panini" and "Rodeo". His debut studio album, '' Montero'', was released in 2021 through Columbia Records. Montero Lamar Hill (born April 9, 1999), better known by his stage name Lil Nas X ( ), is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He rose to prominence with the release of his 2018 country rap single "Old Town Road," the longest-running number-one song (at List of Billboard Hot 100 chart achievements and milestones, 19 weeks) since the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, ''Billboard'' Hot 100's 1958 inception. Simultaneously, he came out as homosexuality, gay, the first artist to do so while having a number-one record. The song features co-production by American rapper and record producer Kanye West and production duo Take a Daytrip. VG-lista is the primary Norwegian record chart, charting albums and singles from Norwegian and international artists. It is presented weekly in the newspaper ''Verdens Gang, VG''. The data is collected by Nielsen SoundScan, Nielsen Soundscan International and based on the sales in approximately 100 shops in Norway. The Irish Albums Chart is the Irish music industry standard albums popularity chart issued weekly by the Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA). The charts were previously compiled on behalf of IRMA by Chart-Track, and have been compiled by the Official Charts Company since 2017. Chart rankings are based on sales, which are compiled through over-the-counter retail data captured electronically each day from retailers' Point of sale systems and certain digital retailers. All major record stores and over forty independents submit data for the charts, accounting for over 80% of the market, according to Chart-Track.
