''Light Shop'' () is a 2024 South Korean mystery horror television series written by Kang Full and directed by Kim Hee-won. The series stars an ensemble cast led by Ju Ji-hoon and Park Bo-young along with Bae Seong-woo, Uhm Tae-goo, Lee Jung-eun, Kim Min-ha, Park Hyuk-kwon, Kim Dae-myung, Shin Eun-soo, , and Kim Ki-hae, based on the webtoon of the same name by Kang. It was released on Disney+ from December 4 to 18, 2024. It has become Disney+'s biggest Korean original premiere of 2024, and ranks as the second-largest Korean series debut ever on the platform globally, trailing only '' Moving'' – both series created by webtoon artist Kang Full. Kim Ki-hae (; born September 28, 1999) is a South Korean actor. He made his debut in 2020, and best known for his role in ''Duty After School'' (2023). Career Kim made his acting debut in the Cheeze Film's web series ''The Female Friend Among Guys'' in 2020, which was released on April 17. On the same year on September 9, he appeared in another web series ''Dalgona'' as the class president Ha Jin-hyuk. Kakao Webtoon () is a webtoon platform operated by Kakao. History The service originally launched in 2003 by Daum, a popular web portal in Korea, as Daum Webtoon making it the first official webtoon platform in the world. It would operate under Daum up until the company merged with Kakao in 2014. The service operated as Daum Webtoon alongside Kakao's other service, KakaoPage, attracting many readers to its platform.
