Liga Semi-Pro
Liga Semi-Pro () was a semi-pro football league in Malaysia that operated from 1989 until 1993. The league was managed by the Football Association of Malaysia. During its inaugural season, 17 teams participated in the league, divided in two divisions. Nine teams were in Divisyen 1 and eight teams in Divisyen 2. Under the new format, only the top six teams in Divisyen 1 and the Divisyen 2 champions and runners-up will be involved in the Piala Malaysia. Piala Malaysia was played from the quarter-final stage, scheduled for November after the league was finished. The league was the nation's top-tier until it was succeeded by the Malaysian first professional football league, the Liga Perdana in 1994. Perlis FA State Football Team (), also known as Perlis FA, was a football team based in Kangar, Perlis, run and managed by the Perlis Football Association (PFA). The team was founded in 1963. It was one of the 14 state teams of the Malaysian football structure, before the Malaysian football league demanded all teams competing in the country's top two leagues to be run as professional clubs by 2021. Kelantan Football Club () was a Malaysian professional football club based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Founded in 1946, the club had a long-standing rivalry with Terengganu. The two east coast clubs were involved in the East Coast Derby. Their home was the 22,000-seat Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium. Kelantan's regular kit colours were red shirt and shorts with a white pattern on the side. Sarawak FA State Football Team () was a football team which represented the Malaysian region (formerly state) of Sarawak from 1974. It was one of the state teams of the Malaysian football structure. The team's home matches used to be played at the Sarawak State Stadium, Kuching. The team had won the Malaysia FA Cup in 1992, the old Malaysian Premier League in 1997 (which was Malaysian top-tier division league at the time) and the Malaysia Charity Shield in 1998.
