Liesel Pritzker Simmons (born Liesel Anne Pritzker), stage name Liesel Matthews, is an American heiress and former child actress. Lieselotte "Liesel" Westermann-Krieg (born Westermann on 2 November 1944; ) is a retired German discus thrower. She held the world record from 5 November 1967 to 12 August 1971, with a two-month break in 1968 and competed at two Olympic Games. Liesel Holler Sotomayor (born 1980) is a Peruvian doctor, model and beauty pageant titleholder who won the titles of Miss Peru 2004 and Miss Caraibes Hibiscus 2004. Pageantry Holler represented the department of Pasco in the Miss Perú 2004 competition on the night of April 19, 2004. She was crowned Miss Peru Universe as a major shock during the final telecast by edging out the main favorite Maria Julia Mantilla who was crowned Miss World Peru 2004 and won the Miss World 2004 pageant in December the same year. Liesel Moak Skorpen was a German-born children's author. Skorpen moved to the United States at a young age. Her works include '' Old Arthur'', '' We Were Tired of Living In a House'', '' His Mother's Dog'', ''Elizabeth'' and '' Outside My Window''. Her illustrator for ''Old Arthur'' was Wallace Tripp. Born in Germany, to Walter and Elizabeth Moak, she came to the US with her family, was raised and educated in Cleveland, Ohio.
