Lianshui County () is under the administration of Huai'an, Jiangsu province, China. Huai'an
Huai'an (), formerly called Huaiyin () until 2001, is a prefecture-level city in the central part of Jiangsu province in Eastern China. Huai'an is situated almost directly south of Lianyungang, southeast of Suqian, northwest of Yancheng, almost directly north of Yangzhou and Nanjing, and northeast of Chuzhou (Anhui). Huai'an is famous as the birthplace of Han Xin, the renowned general who helped found the Han Dynasty; Wu Cheng'en (1500–1582), the Ming Dynasty writer who authored the ''Journey to the West''; and Zhou Enlai (1898–1976), a prominent Chinese Communist Party leader and Premier of the People's Republic of China from 1949 till his death in 1976.
