Liam Murphy (Gaelic Footballer)
Liam Murphy (born in Gneeveguilla, County Kerry, Ireland) is Gaelic footballer. He played with Kerry at different levels in the 1990s and 2000s. Club He had some successes at club level in both Kerry and Cork. In Kerry with his local Gneeveguilla club and with the Kerry team and in Cork with UCC. He was part of the East Kerry team that won 3 Kerry Senior Football Championship titles in a row from 1997 to 1999. He also won a Minor County Championship in 1996 and an Under 21 Championship in 1999 with the division. With Gneeveguilla, he won a County Junior Championship in 2000. In 2003 Gneeveguilla won their first East Kerry Senior Football Championship title in 20 years with Murphy involved in that win. In 2010, after losing the 2009 final, Gneeveguilla won the County Intermediate Championship and later went on to win the Munster Intermediate Club Football Championship. Liam Murphy (Home And Away)
Liam Murphy is a fictional character from the Australian Channel Seven soap opera ''Home and Away'', played by Axle Whitehead. The character debuted on-screen during the episode airing on 5 March 2009. Whitehead auditioned for the role and stated it would help improve his acting skill. Liam was created by executive producer Cameron Welsh and is described as a "badboy minor rockstar" who comes to Summer Bay to start a new life. His storylines have focused on his addiction to drugs and many relationships. Liam has also been involved in controversial scenes in which it featured "sexually charged content" with fellow character Martha MacKenzie. Whitehead's departure was announced in November 2012. Liam Óg Murphy (born July 11, 1988) is an Irish-American former international rugby union player. Murphy was born in New Jersey to an American mother and Irish father, who came to the United States as a touring musician. Raised in Ennis, County Clare, Murphy attended St Munchin's College and won a Munster Schools Rugby Senior Cup, Munster Schools Senior Cup title with the school's XV in 2006. He played his senior rugby in Ireland for Young Munster. A back-row forward, Murphy competed in American rugby with Boston RFC (United States), Boston, from where he earned an international call up for the 2013 IRB Pacific Nations Cup, 2013 Pacific Nations Cup. He made his United States national rugby union team, United States debut off the bench, replacing John Quill in a win over Canada in Edmonton, then received a second cap against Japan in Tokyo later in the tournament.
