Li Tielin
Li Tielin (; born May 1943) is a Chinese politician who served as director of the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform from 2002 to 2007. He was a member of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Biography Li was born in Yan'an, Shaanxi in May 1943, to Li Weihan, a Chinese Communist Party politician, and Wu Jingzhi (). His elder half-brother Li Tieying is also a Chinese Communist Party politician. In 1962, he was accepted to Tsinghua University, majoring in micromachine. After university in 1968, he was assigned to Shandong Weifang Dyeing Factory as a worker. He was transferred to Beijing Textile Science Research Institute, in 1973, becoming deputy president in 1982. Wang Dongming (; born July 1956) is a Chinese politician who has served since 2018 as the Vice Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and the Chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Originally from Liaoning province, Wang served as the chief of the General Office of the Central Institutional Organization Commission between 2007 and 2012, and the Communist Party Secretary of Sichuan province between 2012 and 2018. Dongcheng District, Beijing
The Dongcheng District (; literally "east city district") of Beijing covers the eastern half of Beijing's urban core, including all of the eastern half of the Old City inside of the 2nd Ring Road with the northernmost extent crossing into the area within the 3rd Ring Road. Its area is further subdivided into 17 subdistricts. Settlement in the area dates back over a millennium.
