Li Kwok-ying MH (Chinese: 李國英, born 18 November 1949 in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong with family roots in Baoan, Guangdong) was a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing New Territories East and a member of Tai Po District Council for Tai Po Hui. Andrew Cheng Kar-foo () (born 28 April 1960 in Hong Kong) was a Hong Kong politician and solicitor. He is a former Democratic Party member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the New Territories East geographical constituency. Biography He was a founder member of the Democratic Party, previously a member of the Meeting Point.
