''Let It Be Me'' is a 1995 musical film starring Campbell Scott, Jennifer Beals, Yancy Butler, Leslie Caron, James Goodwin and Patrick Stewart. Plot After becoming engaged to Emily, Gabe finds himself watching a graceful pair of dancers in a dance studio window. Eleanor Bergstein (born April 17, 1938) is an American writer, known for writing and co-producing ''Dirty Dancing'', a popular 1980s film based in large part on her own childhood. Life and career Bergstein was born in 1938 in the Brooklyn borough of New York City. She has one older sister, Frances, in her Jewish family. Their father, Joseph, was a doctor who left much of the care of the girls to their mother, Sarah. Enigma is a German musical project founded in 1990 by Romanian-German musician and producer Michael Cretu. Cretu had released several solo records, collaborating with various artists, and produced albums for his then-wife, German pop singer Sandra (singer), Sandra, before he conceived the idea of a New-age music, new-age, worldbeat project. He recorded the first Enigma studio album, ''MCMXC a.D.'' (1990), with contributions from David Fairstein and Frank Peterson.
