Leslie Mungavin
Leslie Norman 'Jack' Mungavin (1925–1995) was a Two-star admiral, two-star rank admiral in the Pakistan Navy, and a Defence diplomacy, defence diplomat. He is noted for releasing his diplomatic assignment at the High Commission of Pakistan, London, High Commission of Pakistan in London to command the combat assignments during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, war on the Western front with India in 1971. Civil awards and decorations of Pakistan are awards and decorations which are bestowed by the Government of Pakistan for acts of accomplishment benefiting the nation as a whole. It was established after the constitution of Pakistan was passed in 1973. Sitara-e-Khidmat (SK) (1957-86)
Tamgha-i-Khidmat or Tamgha-e-Khidmat (, literally "medal of services") is a Civilian and military award of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. In Pakistan Army, it is applicable to junior commissioned officers, in addition to the Frontier Corps and the Frontier Constabulary. It is given to those Frontier Constabulary service personnel who are serving or has served under the federal government. This award is also given to chief petty officers of the navy, flight sergeants of the air force and non-commissioned officers with the equivalent ranks of the eligible forces such as land-based army, air force and navy.
