Lengua estofado (lit. "tongue stew" in Spanish language, Spanish), sometimes known as lengua estofada or simply lengua, is a Filipino cuisine, Filipino dish consisting of braised beef tongue in a sweet sauce with saba bananas, potatoes, or edible mushroom, mushrooms.
