Lemis
Lemis (also known as Lihat Lemis) is a Bangladeshi playback singer. Born on 5 December 1991 in Mymensingh, Bangladesh, she was in films such as ''Agnee'', '' Aaro Bhalobashbo Tomay'', ''Agnee 2'', '' Niyoti'', ''Premi O Premi'' and ''Nagar Mastan''. She also got the best singer (BATCHAS) award 2014 for the song Agnee. Her exposure to the movie industry led her to work with other prominent musicians, such as Bollywood playback singer Nakash Aziz and composer Savvy Gupta. Career Lemis' introduction to the world of television began when she competed in '' Notun Kuri'', a Bangladeshi reality TV show on BTV. After her debut, she was featured in an episode of ''Ityadi''. Her first major career success was singing the title track of the 2014 film ''Agnee'' for Mahiya Mahi. ''Niyoti'' is a 2016 Indo-Bangladeshi romantic thriller film written by Abdullah Zahir Babu and directed by Jakir Hossain Raju. Produced by Abdul Aziz under the Jaaz Multimedia banner, the film stars Arifin Shuvoo and Falguni Rahman Jolly in pivotal roles. The film is also co-produced by Ashok Dhanuka under the banner of Indian production house Eskay Movies. The film is set in two different periods of time. Savvy Gupta
Souvik Gupta, known as "Savvy" (), is an Indian music director who has composed and sung songs for Bengali movies from both West Bengal and Bangladesh. Career Gupta formerly played keyboard and sung for Kolkata-based rock bands Insomnia and Crystal Grass. He started his journey as a film composer in the year 2012 with the film ''Khokababu'', composing the song "Khoka Chalu Cheez" sung by actor Dev. He was the composer for the theme song of the first ever Kolkata fashion week. In addition to composing for Indian film soundtracks, Gupta also composes music for Bangladeshi film soundtracks. Agnee (2014 Film)
is a Bangladeshi action film directed by Iftakar Chowdhury and produced by Abdul Aziz (filmmaker), Abdul Aziz under the banner of Jaaz Multimedia. It was the first installment in the Agnee (franchise), Agnee film franchise. The film features Arifin Shuvoo and Mahiya Mahi in the lead roles and Misha Sawdagor as the main antagonist of the film. The film is about Tanisha, a nine-year-old girl in Dhaka whose family is killed by underworld mafia Gulzar and Haydar. Fifteen years later, a 24-year-old Tanisha has become an accomplished assassin. Even though both of the killers are now under protection of the government of Thailand and are guarded by a very powerful group, led by Dragon (Arifin Shuvoo), Tanisha uses every means at her disposal to find where Gulzar and Haydar are hiding and avenge her family's death. ''Aro Bhalobashbo Tomay'' (; ) is a Bangladeshi romantic-drama film. The film written and directed by SA Haque Alik. ''Agnee 2'' is a 2015 Bangladeshi-Indian action film directed by Iftakar Chowdhury. It is the second installment in the ''Agnee'' film franchise and serves as a sequel to ''Agnee'' (2014). The film stars Mahiya Mahi and Om Sahani in the lead roles. Mahi is the only actress from the previous film to appear in ''Agnee 2'', with Om replacing Arifin Shuvoo. After the initial success of ''Agnee'' (2014), production company Jaaz Multimedia announced a sequel. Although the film was originally planned with the cast of the previous film, the film stalled for a while due to lead actor Arifin Shuvoo pulling out of the film due to professional differences and scheduling issues.
