Lega (river)
Lega is a river in Poland, a right tributary of the river Biebrza. It flows through a number of lakes on the border of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Warmian-Masurian and Podlaskie Voivodeships. Its source is near the village of Szarejki, Olecko County, Szarejki. Geography It passes through the :pl:Jezioro Oleckie Wielkie, Great Olecko Lake and the Small Olecko Lake at Olecko, and flows into the lake :pl:Selmęt Wielki, Selmęt Wielki east of Ełk. At the outlet of this lake its name changes in many mappings, but its course in the lake may be shown. Legacoop (Lega Nazionale delle Cooperative e Mutue) is the oldest cooperative federation in Italy. Legacoop consists of several associations of cooperatives, providing coordination and advocating on behalf of its more than 10,000 associated cooperative enterprises, active throughout Italy and across the entire production chain. History The Federazione Nazionale delle Cooperative was founded in 1886 in Milan by delegates representing cooperative enterprises. In 1893, the federation changed its name to Lega delle Cooperative. At the time the federation included Catholic groups in solidarity with secular/socialist groups. In 1919, the Catholic cooperatives split and formed the Confederazione delle Cooperative Italiane. The Lega Nazionale Professionisti (Italian for National Professionals League), commonly known as Lega Calcio (Football League), was the governing body that ran the two highest football divisions in Italy, namely Serie A and Serie B, from 1946 to 2010. The Ticino League () is a regionalist, national-conservative political party in Switzerland active in the canton of Ticino. The party was founded in 1991 by entrepreneur Giuliano Bignasca and journalist Flavio Maspoli. After some public campaigning in the Sunday newspaper ' against political power and use of public money, Bignasca and Maspoli founded the Ticino League to continue the fight at the political level.
