The Miss Rhode Island USA competition is the beauty pageant that selects the representative for the state Rhode Island in the Miss USA pageant. It is currently directed by D&D Productions. Rhode Island made its first placement at Miss USA in 1961 and has been one of the most consistent states since 2000, with four semi-finalist placements and one first runner-up placement. On June 3, 2012, Olivia Culpo won the first Miss USA title from the state of Rhode Island. On December 19, 2012, Culpo became the first Rhode Islander to win the title of Miss Universe. Brianna Vega of Providence was crowned Miss Rhode Island USA 2025 on May 25, 2025, at Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence. She will represent Rhode Island at Miss USA 2025. Miss America is an annual competition that is open to women from the United States between the ages of 18 and 28. Originating in 1921 as a "bathing beauty revue", the contest is judged on competition segments with scoring percentages: ''Private Interview'' (30%) – a 10-minute press conference-style interview with a panel of judges, ''On Stage Question'' (10%) – answering a judge's question onstage, ''Talent or HER Story'' (20%) – a performance talent or 90 second speech, ''Health and Fitness'' (20%) – demonstrated physical fitness onstage dressed in athletic wear, and ''Evening Gown'' (20%) – modeling evening-wear onstage. Miss USA 2023 was the 72nd Miss USA pageant, held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, on September 29, 2023. ''All times in this article are Pacific Time Zone ( UTC-7)'' Morgan Romano of North Carolina crowned Noelia Voigt of Utah as her successor at the end of the event. This is Utah's third Miss USA title and first win in sixty-three years. Voigt resigned from the title on May 6, 2024, due to mental health. Savannah Gankiewicz of Hawaii was later announced as her successor on May 9, 2024. Miss USA 2015 was the 64th Miss USA pageant, held at the Baton Rouge River Center Arena in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on July 12, 2015. All fifty states and the District of Columbia competed. Miss USA 2018 was the 67th Miss USA pageant. It was held on May 21, 2018 at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. The New England Patriots Cheerleaders (NEPC) are the official National Football League Cheerleading, cheerleading squad of the National Football League, NFL's New England Patriots first formed in 1971.
