Lee Dainton
Lee Dainton (born 22 August 1973) is a Welsh stunt performer, skateboarder, and filmmaker best known as the star and co-creator of MTV UK's '' Dirty Sanchez''. Career Early life Dainton is a native of Pontypool, Wales. He attended Abersychan School and West Monmouth School. He studied carpentry at Pontypool College. He started skateboarding at the age of 12. He first met Mathew Pritchard in Cardiff in 1990. He met Michael "Pancho" Locke by participating in various skateboarding competitions. He met Dan Joyce after he saw him on '' The Vanessa Show'' and decided to film with him for a video he was making. He worked as a carpenter with Torfaen council before he left the job and bought a video camera to film the four skateboarding, doing stunts and practical jokes for 18 months. Abersychan School
Abersychan School is an English-medium 11-16 co-educational comprehensive school in the Pontypool suburb of Abersychan, Wales. Admissions As of 2024, Abersychan School had 759 pupils on roll. The Dudesons
The Dudesons () are a Finnish entertainment group. They are best known for their TV shows and live performances, which are a combination of stunts and comedy. Their early TV shows were similar to '' Jackass''. Starting their television career in the early 2000s, they gained international fame and had a show on the American television channel MTV in 2010. After ''The Dudesons in America'', the group started to shift from the stunts to more multidimensional careers. The MTV Australia Video Music Awards 2007 was broadcast live from Acer Arena on 29 April 2007 on MTV Australia. It was then repeated on the Ten Network on 6 May 2007. The hosts for the awards were Fergie, along with Good Charlotte, while Sophie Monk who hosted the red carpet show and stars such as Pink and Thirty Seconds to Mars and special guest Kristin Cavallari from '' Laguna Beach'' also appeared. TRL UK
TRL UK was a British version of the popular American show ''Total Request Live'' which first aired in the states in 1998, however it was not brought to the United Kingdom until the last quarter of 2003. It was broadcast weekdays at 4.30pm originally in 2003, but the time slot was changed as it ran into its second season it was then broadcast at 6.00pm in 2005. The show follows the format of the original Total Request Live it shows a Top 10 Countdown with Musical Guests and Actors and Actresses. It was broadcast from London's Leicester Square from the UK's capital and the presenters would stand in front of glass windows facing down onto the street to the audience just like the U.S. version. A cameo appearance, also called a cameo role and often shortened to just cameo (), is a brief guest appearance of a well-known person or character in a work of the performing arts. These roles are generally small, many of them non-speaking ones, and are commonly either appearances in a work in which they hold some special significance (such as actors from an original movie appearing in its remake) or renowned people making uncredited appearances. ''Stupidity'' is a 2003 Canadian satirical documentary film directed by Albert Nerenberg and produced by Shannon Brown, as the first film commissioned by the Documentary Channel. Nerenberg was also the film's executive producer. The film proposes that willful ignorance (as opposed to what is commonly meant by stupidity, low mental capacity) has increasingly become a strategy for success in the realms of politics and entertainment, that is, the "stupid" things that seemingly smart people do every day.
