Leah Moore
Leah Moore (born 4 February 1978) is a British comic book writer and columnist. The daughter of comics writer Alan Moore, she frequently collaborates with her husband, writer John Reppion, as Moore & Reppion. She is a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and English Literature, having graduated from Manchester University in 2001. She was a tutor on the Arvon Foundation's Graphic Novel residential courses in 2014 and 2016. Biography Moore was born to comics writer Alan Moore and Phyllis Moore on 4 February 1978 in Northampton. Her father is well known in the comics industry, and Leah Moore grew up familiar with it. Career Moore began writing for comics with stories for America's Best Comics in 2002. Shane Oakley is a British illustrator and comic book artist from Stoke-on-Trent, England. Biography Oakley began his career contributing to the alternative comics review ''Deadline Magazine'' in the 1980s, where he created '' Fatal Charm'' with D'Israeli. In 1989 Oakley worked as the penciller on issues 1 to 6 of '' Mister X'' volume two. Wildstorm Productions (stylized as WildStorm) is an American comic book imprint. Originally founded as an independent company established by Jim Lee and Brandon Choi to publish through Image Comics, Wildstorm became a publishing imprint of DC Comics in 1998. Shawn McManus (born June 30, 1958) is an Americans, American artist who has worked extensively over three decades for DC Comics and other companies, notably for DC's Vertigo (DC Comics), Vertigo imprint including the ''Fables (comics), Fables'' series. Shelly Bond (born Roeberg) is an American comic book editor, known for her two decades at DC Comics' Vertigo (DC Comics) imprint, for which she was executive editor from 2013 to 2016. Career Bond became interested in comic books as a film student at Ithaca College when a screenwriting instructor used an issue of Peter Gross's ''Empire Lanes'' as an example of what film storyboards look like. After college she struggled to find a job in the film industry, and ended up instead working as an editorial assistant for editor Diana Schutz at the comics publisher Comico. Red Sonja is a sword-and-sorcery character created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Barry Windsor-Smith for Marvel Comics in 1973, partially inspired by Robert E. Howard's character Red Sonya of Rogatino.
