Guillaume Emmanuel "Guy-Manuel" de Homem-Christo (; born 8 February 1974) is a French musician. He is known as one half of the former French house music duo Daft Punk, along with Thomas Bangalter. He has produced several works from his now-defunct record label Crydamoure with label co-owner Éric Chedeville. Early life Guillaume Emmanuel de Homem-Christo was born on 8 February 1974 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine. He is the great-grandson of Portuguese poet , as well as the great-great-grandson of Portuguese military figure Francisco Manuel Homem Cristo, who was forced into exile in France in 1910. Daft Punk
Daft Punk were a French electronic music duo formed in 1993 in Paris by Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. They achieved popularity in the late 1990s as part of the French house movement, combining house music, funk, disco, techno, Rock music, rock and synth-pop. They are regarded as one of the most influential acts in electronic dance music. Daft Punk formed after their previous group, the indie rock band Darlin', disbanded. ''Easy Rider'' is a 1969 American road drama film written by Peter Fonda, Dennis Hopper, and Terry Southern. It was produced by Fonda and directed by Hopper. Sébastien Tellier
Sébastien Tellier (; born 22 February 1975) is a French singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He represented France in the Eurovision Song Contest, France in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with his song "Divine (Sébastien Tellier song), Divine". He has also produced songs for Dita Von Teese and composed music for the French films ''Narco (film), Narco'' and '':fr:Steak (film), Steak'', among others. ''Human After All'' is the third studio album by the French electronic music duo Daft Punk, released on 14 March 2005 through Virgin Records. Whereas their previous studio album, ''Discovery'' (2001), was inspired by disco and garage house and produced over two years, ''Human After All'' was more minimalistic and improvisational with heavier guitars and electronics, and was produced in six weeks. It marked a shift from the Chicago house of their first album, ''Homework (Daft Punk album), Homework'' (1997), to a house style more heavily inspired by disco, post-disco, garage house, and Contemporary R&B, R&B. Indie rock is a Music subgenre, subgenre of rock music that originated in the United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand in the early to mid-1980s.
