Lazizbek Mullojonov
Lazizbek Mullojonov (born 13 May 1999) is an Uzbek professional boxer. He won a gold medal at the 2022 Asian Championships as a super-heavyweight. He became Olympic Champion in the heavyweight event at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Career 2021 On 29 January 2021, in Moscow (Russia) Mullojonov made his debut in the professional ring, ahead of schedule by technical knockout in the 2nd round, defeating Russian Alexander Stepanov (2–2). Super heavyweight is a weight class in combat sports and competitive bodybuilding. Boxing In amateur boxing, the super heavyweight division is a weight class division for fighters weighing in excess of 91 kilograms (200 pounds). Introduced for the 1984 Summer Olympics, the division is the amateur equivalent of the heavyweight division in professional boxing. The Strandzha Cup ( bg, Купа Странджа, also spelled Strandja Cup and officially known as the Strandja Memorial) is an international amateur boxing tournament held annually in Bulgaria. 2021 AIBA World Boxing Championships
The 2021 AIBA World Boxing Championships were held in Belgrade, Serbia from 25 October to 6 November. Belgrade was picked to host the championships for the second time; the original 2021 contract with New Delhi was cancelled due to a disagreement between AIBA and the Boxing Federation of India over hosting fees.
