Lawrence Peyton
Lawrence Peyton (died October 10, 1918) was a silent film actor in the United States. He starred in the 1914 film based on Jack London's ''Martin Eden''. Personal life Peyton served as a Private (rank), private in the 813th Pioneer Infantry Regiment of the United States Army during World War I. He was killed in action in Western Front (World War I), France on October 10, 1918, and was buried at the Oise-Aisne American Cemetery and Memorial, Oise-Aisne American Cemetery. Jack London
John Griffith London (; January 12, 1876 – November 22, 1916), better known as Jack London, was an American novelist, journalist and activist. A pioneer of commercial fiction and American magazines, he was one of the first American authors to become an international celebrity and earn a large fortune from writing.
