Lauryn Noelle Hill (born May 26, 1975) is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer. She is often regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time, as well as being one of the most influential musicians of her generation. Hill is credited for breaking barriers for female rappers, popularizing melodic rapping and for bringing hip hop and neo soul to popular music. She is known for being a member of Fugees, and for her 1998 solo album '' The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill'', which became one of the best-selling albums of all time. Lauren Michelle Hill (born June 27, 1979) is an American model and actress. She first appeared on the cover of ''Playboy'' on the October (Girls of Conference USA) 2000 issue. She was chosen as ''Playboy'' Playmate of the Month in February 2001 and won the ''Playboy'' playmates edition of the game show ''Fear Factor''. Hill then returned for ''Fear Factor''s Tournament of Champions for season 2, but was eliminated in the second round. Lauren Hill (basketball)
Lauren Hill (October 1, 1995 – April 10, 2015) was an American freshman basketball player at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, who suffered from terminal brain cancer. She was runner up for 2014 Associated Press Female Athlete of the Year, coming second in voting to Mo'ne Davis. Biography Lauren Hill was born in Greendale, Indiana. Her battle with cancer became public when the NCAA agreed to allow Mount St. Joseph to play Hiram College on November 2, 2014, thirteen days prior to the original game date of November 15, 2014, so Hill could play. The location of the game was also originally moved from Hiram's Price Gymnasium to Mount St. Joseph's Harrington Center so that Hill would not have to travel the over 300 miles from Cincinnati to Hiram. 1999 United States Figure Skating Championships
The 1999 U.S. Figure Skating Championships took place on February 7–14, 1999 at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Medals were awarded in four colors: gold (first), silver (second), bronze (third), and pewter (fourth) in five disciplines – men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, ice dancing, and compulsory figures (mixed) – across three levels: senior, junior, and novice. The event was used to determine the U.S. teams for the 1999 World Championships and the 1999 Four Continents Championships. It was the final U.S. Championships that included a competition in figures, which had appeared at every U.S. nationals since it began. Michigan Hawks
Michigan Hawks was an American women's soccer team that joined the United Soccer Leagues W-League in 2004 as the Detroit Jaguars and renamed to the Michigan Hawks as growth from the larger Michigan Wolves/Hawks organization. The Hawks played in the Midwest Division of the Central Conference. The senior team folded after the 2008 season, though the Hawks youth teams continue to compete in the Elite Clubs National League. LaurenHill Academy
LaurenHill Academy (LHA; french: Académie LaurenHill) is an English-language public school in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada. It opened in the fall of 1992, after the closure of St. Laurent High School and Sir Winston Churchill High School, which was built in 1961. Formerly part of the Protestant School Board of Greater Montreal, the school has been part of the English Montreal School Board since the 1998–99 school year.
