Laura Murray
Laura Beveridge (born 8 August 1988) is a Scottish professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour. She competed as Laura Murray until she married PGA Golf Professional Keil Beveridge in October 2021. She was runner-up at the 2022 Estrella Damm Ladies Open. Early life and amateur career Beveridge grew up in Alford, Aberdeenshire, and has been playing golf since she was ten years old. She attended Robert Gordon University, where she studied Sport and Exercise Science. Beveridge had a successful amateur career and won the St Rule Trophy in 2010 and 2012, and the Scottish Women's Amateur Championship in 2012. She accumulated 32 caps for Scotland, including playing in the Women's Home Internationals, the European Ladies' Team Championship, and representing Scotland at the 2012 Espirito Santo Trophy. The Czech Ladies Open is a professional golf tournament on the Ladies European Tour, first played in 2019. The tournament is played in Beroun just outside Prague, Czech Republic. Espirito Santo Trophy
The Espirito Santo Trophy (World Women's Amateur Team Championships) is a biennial world amateur team golf championship for women organised by the International Golf Federation. The inaugural event was held in 1964. It was instituted by the French Golf Federation in an agreement with the United States Golf Association. It was planned by Lally Segard, at the time known as Vicomtesse de Saint Sauveur, from France and Mrs. Henri Prunaret from America. Segard also asked her friends Ricardo and Silvia Espirito Santo, from Portugal, to donate a trophy for the event, which they did. They had originally bought the golden cup, which had belonged to Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, for an international Portuguese event that was not played anymore. The championship was held under the chairmanship of Segard at Golf de Saint Germain outside Paris, France. 2010 European Ladies' Team Championship
The 2010 European Ladies' Team Championship took place 6–10 July at La Manga Club in Cartagena, Spain. It was the 28th women's golf amateur European Ladies' Team Championship. Venue The hosting La Manga Club, located with three golf courses in the south-eastern region of Spain, Murcia, south of La Manga, and bordered by the Mar Menor and Calblanque Regional Park, was opened in 1972. The South Course was designed by golf architect Robert Dean Putman in 1971 and remodeled in 2005 by Arnold Palmer. The championship course was set up with par 73. Format All participating teams played two qualification rounds of stroke-play with six players, counted the five best scores for each team. Marta Sanz Barrio (born 27 August 1992) is a professional golfer from Spain. She has played on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and the U.S-based Symetra Tour, where she has two victories. Early life and amateur career Sanz was born in Madrid in 1992 to Carmelo Sanz and Marina Barrio, who introduced her to golf at 5. Her older sister, Patricia Sanz Barrio, is also an LET player and played golf at Auburn University from 2008 to 2012. As a junior golfer, she was a seven-time winner of the Madrid Regional Ranking and finished within the top five at both the 2009 Spanish National Championship U-18 and the 2009 Madrid Regional Championship U-21. Sarah Schober
Sarah Schober (born 15 April 1992) is an Austrian professional golfer and Ladies European Tour player. She was runner-up at the 2022 Big Green Egg Open and won the 2016 LETAS Order of Merit. Amateur career Schober was born in Wagna, Austria and began playing golf at the age of eight. At twelve, she joined the National Team. She appeared three times at the Espirito Santo Trophy, and multiple times at the European Ladies' Team Championship, earning a silver medal in 2013 as Austria lost the final to Spain 5 to 2. Schober finished her finals singles match against Camilla Hedberg all square. Schober attended Redlands Community College in Oklahoma for four semesters, and won the NJCAA Championship back to back in 2012 and 2013. She then played with the Florida Gators women's golf team while attending the University of Florida in Gainesville for two semesters, majoring in telecommunications. Stacey Keating (born 21 June 1986) is an Australian golfer who won the 2012 Open de France Dames and 2012 Open De España Femenino. Originally from Werneth, near Colac, Victoria, she and competed at the 2013 U.S. Women's Open, where she missed the cut. Keating won twice on the Ladies European Tour in 2012 and finished sixth on the Order of Merit.
