Larva (TV Series)
''Larva'' (also known as ''Larvae'') is a South Korean animated series made by TUBAn in Seoul, South Korea. Its main characters are two larvae that never speak, although they do make expressive sounds. The cartoon exists in their small world where miniature adventures occur. Characters Main * Yellow - a dimwitted, hungry, good-natured and happy-go-lucky yellow caterpillar with one antenna. He has a contentious friendship with Red. Although usually he obeys Red, he loses his mind in front of food. Animation is a filmmaking technique whereby still images are manipulated to create moving images. The blue-footed booby (''Sula nebouxii'') is a marine bird native to subtropical and tropical regions of the eastern Pacific Ocean. It is one of six species of the genus ''booby, Sula'' – known as boobies. Bombardier Beetle
Bombardier beetles are adephagan ground beetles (Carabidae) in the tribes Brachinini, Paussini, Ozaenini, or Metriini—more than 500 species altogether—which are most notable for the defense mechanism that gives them their name: when disturbed, they eject a hot noxious chemical spray from their pygidial glands with a popping sound. The spray is produced from a reaction between two hypergolic chemical compounds, hydroquinone and hydrogen peroxide, which are stored in the pygidial glands in the beetle's abdomen. Mayfly
Mayflies (also known as shadflies or fishflies in Canada and the upper Midwestern United States, as Canadian soldiers in the American Great Lakes region, and as up-winged flies in the United Kingdom) are aquatic insects belonging to the order Ephemeroptera.
