Lars Martin Engedal (born 11 September 1983) is a Norwegian football defender. As a youth player Engedal played for FK Vigør. He then joined IK Start at the age of sixteen, debuted for the senior team in 2003 and played there until 2008. He joined Moss FK ahead of the 2009 season. After the 2009 season he joined Flekkerøy IL Flekkerøy Idrettslag, also called Fløy is a Norway, Norwegian sports club from Flekkerøy in Kristiansand. It has sections for association football and team handball, in addition to cross-country skiing (sport), cross-country skiing and racket .... Flekkerøy or Flekkerøya is an island and residential district in Kristiansand municipality in Agder county, Norway. The district is located within the borough of Vågsbygd, and it consists of 4 main neighborhoods: Berge/Andås, Kjære, Lindebø/Skålevik, and Mæbø/Høyfjellet. FK Vigør is a Norwegian football club from Hellemyr, Kristiansand. ''Vigør'' is the Norwegian name for vigor. The club colors are brown and white, and the club was founded on 5 October 1918.
